Family-Owned 

The Peterson family is on its 4th generation of raising cattle in Montana with Hilltop 7 farm being established in 1978 we are a family-owned and family-operated farm located in the heart of the Gallatin Valley.  We raise red angus cattle alongside a variety of different pig breeds.

Our Goal

 We have always wanted to be able to give the community access to our fresh and local meats and produce.

You may recognize our products from storm castle cafe where our family has also proudly exclusively served our own beef, pork and vegetables. We are Happy to announce that you will now be able to purchase from a variety of our retail cuts, ground beef and pork products alongside seasonal produce!
